Read a Letter from Walter Dulany to M.r Montgomery dated June 29.th 87
Produces an Aff.t of James Gittings and John Wilson dated
22 Sept.r 1787 as to the value of Land in Baltimore County & Harford
County and also to the Iron Works, stating that they considered the value
of the Land to be before the War and not to the fluctuating value of Land
in the year 1783.
Produces an Aff.t of George Fitzhugh dated 25.th Aug.t 1787
relative to Debts which had been paid out of the Estate of the late D.l Dulany.
Read a Letter from George Fitzhugh to M.r Montgomery dated
25.th July 1787 relating to N.o 1, 3, 4, & 11 in the Schedule.
Read a Letter from John Stuart to the Claim.t dated
20.th March 1787 relating to N.o 2. Also a Letter from James Murray
to the Claimant dated 19.th March 1787 relative to N.o 6 in the Schedule.
Read an aff.t of Fairbrother and Stevens dated 4.th July
1784 to all the Property except in Baltimore.
Read a Letter from James Gittings to Geo: Fitzhugh
dated July 1787.
Read an Opinion of W.m Cooke dated Maryland 3.d
Aug.st 1787 relative to the part M.r Walter Dulany had taken
since he went to that State.

As to No. 10
Says he sure they are all Brick Store houses and he
thinks the valuation of £900 Sterling is not too much.
Says the last Letter he received from M.r W: Dulany,
dated in Dec.r 1787, informs him that M.r Dulany had taken an
assignment of the Property from his mother which had belonged to his
Uncle. Produces a Paper relative to the Mortge of Hanbury & C.o
Produces a deed of Gift dated August 1785 from Walter Dulany
to Margaret Montgomery of all his right Title Claim and Benefit
to any Compensation from Parl.t for or on account of the Claim made
by his Brother Daniel Dulany deced delivered to the Comm.rs app.d to
enquire &.c &.c of the Losses sustained by him in Conseq.ce of the Conf.s of
his Property in Maryland as a British Subject. Con.s Nat.l Love & affn.
