Says the Trustees are one third interested
in the Iron Works in Maryland called the
Nottingham Iron Works together with Messrs
Ewer and Mr Russell.
Produces the Assignment dated 27th
April 1773 from John and Gilbert Buchanan
unto John Rogers Abm Dyson—Rd Cooke—
John Warrall, Saml Dyson, Edmund Lardner
Edwd Gale and Thomas Porteus of all their
Estates Effects and property—In trust for
themselves and all others the Creditors of the
said John and Gilbert Buchanan—
Says they have nothing to offer in
Addition to what was laid before the Board
by Messrs Ewer on the Hearing of their
Claim—but rest their Demand on the
proofs then produced.

John Ewer Esqr Sworn
Says Messrs John and Gilbert Buchanan
were Owners of one third Shore of the
Nottingham Iron Works, together with
himself and Mr Russell—and their Trustees
stand in there Place with respect thereto. –
