Memorandum
There are annexed to this Memorial as proof
1ly The Deposition of the Revd William Edmiston,
formerly Rector of St. Thomas’s parish in Baltimore County,
Maryland; but for the last Seven Years Curate of St. Andrews
Undershaft in the City of London. He resides at No. 30
Leadenhall Street. The Claimant intends to call Mr
Edmiston as a Witness: because he is present; and
he may possibly be able to prove Some additional
facts.
2ndly The deposition of Mr. Robert Christie formerly of
the Baltimore Town, Merchant, but now of the City of
London, Merchant. He resides in Capel Court near
the Bank; But, he is at present in Scotland.
3ly The Deposition of Mr. James Christie formerly of
Baltimore Town, merchant but now of the City of
Westminster. He is at present in Scotland. But
lodges when in Town at Mrs. Hogarth’s in Leicester Square.
