It was considered as a good Estate. Can’t speak to value.
Hunting Ridge. There was a good deal of Cultivn upon the
Hunting Ridge - and some good Meadow.
Annapolis. The House in Annapolis left Mr Dulany by his
Grand Mother was old - The Lot was very valuable-
much beyond the House.
Knows nothing further of the Iron Works than that
Mr Dulany had a Share in them.
