             Mr Dulany resided in Maryland in the City of
             Annapolis when the Troubles broke out—
             He was in no Business. His Conduct was
             always that of a person attached to this Country
             He came over to England in 1775 and did
             not return again.
                           He enjoyed during his Life an Al:
             =lowance of 200l per Annum which was
             continued to his Widow after his Decease
             and she now continues to enjoy it.—
                                         Loss
                           States that Mrs Dulany has lost her Dower
             in the property hereafter mentioned Vizt
                           Howells Point Estate.
                           Mr Montgomery does not know how the
             late Mr Dulany became possessed of this Estate
             but he believes under the Will of his Father.
             He understands the Estate was entitled (after
             the Death of Lloyd of Dulany) upon his Bror
             Daniel Dulany and his Sister the Wife of Mr
             Wm Paca. He does not know how Mrs Dulanys
             Right to Dower herein arises—He understands
             the Estate was confiscated, but on the appln
             of Mr Paca to the State it was given up to the
             Heirs intail.—
                           It consisted of abt 2000 Acres—and was
             an old settled and productive Estate—The
