             House was but indifferent, Is ignorant of its
             value himself, but has heard it was worth
             10l Currency an Acre round—
                           Valuation produced of Wm Embleton and
             Richd Buchanan to the value of this Estate
             which is valued at 19,875l Currency dated 17th June
             1786.
                           Says Mr Danl Dulany lets his Moiety for
             1200 Bushels of Wheat per Annum, worth 4.6
             per Bushell Sterling. He is ignorant what Mr
             Paca lets his share for—
                           Says Mr Dulany has for 2 years paid to
             Mrs Dulany one 3d of the Rent received by him
             viz 400 bushells of Wheat but this as matter
             of favor and without admitting her Right
             but Mr Paca absolutely rejects her Claim of her
             Dower.
                           Copy of a Letter from Mr Paca to Mrs Dulany
             dates 26 June 1787 read—vizt
             Madam.
                           Your Letter gave me the first informn
             “of your intention to claim Dower in the Lands
             “I hold in Kent County the property of your
             “late Husband Mr Lloyd Dulany.
                           “I am sorry my opinion differ from
             “the Legal advice you have taken upon—
             “this Subject, and I hope you will consider
             “my questioning your Right as to the result
