“Of a clear persuasion that you have none and
“not from a wish or Disposition to do you
             “Injustice
I conceive the Act for Confiscation of
“British property is decisive against your
“Claim, there being no Exception of Coverture
“Infancy &c-- I dont see on what ground
“your Right can be supported without intro=
“ducing a Claim of Dower by every Widow of a
“British Subject and introducing also the Exceptn
“with regard to Infancy and other disabilities
I will cheerfully exchange sentiments with
“your Counsel on this subject and hear from
“him on what principles he means to support
“your Claim. I shall always be open to convictn
“If any Opinion has been obtained I will thank
“you for a Copy of it.
If Mrs Dulany thinks my request tends
“to no good purpose may occasion Delay, she will
“be pleased to take such Measures as she thinks her
             “case requires—I am &c-- &c-- Wm Paca
                           Warners Marsh—115 Acres—
He believes Mr Dulany held this under the
Will of his Father—and that he held it in fee—
He does not know the Estate nor is he able
to put any value upon it—
                           House in Annapolis—
This also Mr Dulany held as he believes in fee
and had it from his Father—
