It was a large Brick House with a large garden—
should imaging allogn that it must have stood
at least upon an Acre of Ground.
These two last were sold under Confiscn
Produces the Acct of Sales.
Warners Marsh Augt 26th 1782 for….. £160,,--
The House in Anns 2d Sepr 1783 for 2,745,, --
Both Sums in specie payable in a year
with Interest.
Produces certified Copies of Application
to the Assembly of Maryland by James Brice
the Brother of Mrs Dulany praying on her
behalf Relief against the Damage she sustd
by means of the Confiscation of her late
Husbands property.
This appears to have been presented in
May 1782 and continues by various Adjournmts
till the 21st January 1786 when it was finally
negatived.
Also certified Copy of Petition presented
by Mrs Dulany to the Assembly of Maryland
27th Novr 1787 praying Compensation for the
Loss of her Dower which on the 4th of Decr
was rejected.—
