             “help being in some degree shocked when this
             “instance of their inveteracy was communicated
             “to me—Mr Cooke informs me that at his request
             “a motion was made that it should be referred
             “to the Judges but it would not pass so far
“therefore as the state is concerned Mrs Ds Buss
             “is now brought to a conclusion. Her Claim of
             “Dower in the part of the Estate held by Mr Paca
             “remains in the hands of Mr Paca remains in
             “the hands of Mr Cooke our Lawyer with directions
             “as I have already informed you to bring the Buss
             “to a conclusion as soon as possible. By the
             “issue of this, too, will her Claim upon my
             “Uncle be brought to a determination, if
