Says he was one of the Judges of the Land Office and one
of the Council the Office of Judge had been some Years
declining in value it must have been more than £300

The Claimant again Sworn
Being asked if he is banished from America He
says he is not and may return if he pleases, there are
but two or three Nervous banished he means to return
Being asked whether he means to become a Subject of
America he says there is no answering for that.
