Robert Alexander Sworn
            Claimant was well known to him- he is now in Maryld
            Says he has seen the Tract of Land called Friendship, thinks
there were one or two Farms upon it he is certain there was one Farm,
the Soil was very good and well Timbered. thinks the Land on an
average woud have sold from 50 to 55s/ Currency per Acre.
            Says he thinks the Living of St Johns was worth about
300 or £350 Curry per Ann but says he is not a Competent Judge
            Says he has heard that Claimant had petitioned the State
of Maryland to have his Property restored to him which had not been
sold and understood that part of it was restored to him for his Life
upon Certain Restrictions.

John Clapham Esqr Sworn
            Says the Claimant upon application to the State of
Maryland had restored to him part of his Estate under Certain Terms.
            Says he thinks the Claimants Living must have Cleared
him from 250 to £300 Sterling per Ann
            He does not know the Particular Property that was
restored to the Claimant
