Also an Act of the Nov.r Session 1784 Cap: 55 intitled
“An Act to establish Funds to secure the Payment of the
State Debt within 6 years and for the punctual Paym.t
of the Annual Interests thereon.
Also an Act of the same Session Cap: 76 intitled a
Supplement to the Act concerning the Stock of the Bank of
England belonging to this State.
Also an Act of the same Session Cap: 81 intitled
an Act for the discovery of confiscated British Property.
M.r Prevost says there is no Incumbrance on the
Property except the two Sums of £10,000 which are considered
as equally affecting what M.r, Harford may receive by way of
Compensation.
M.r Harford is unmarried.
 
Horatio Sharpe Esq.r Sworn
The Books marked N.o 1 and N.o 2 being the Agents
Account with H. Harford Esq.r are produced to M.r Sharpe who
proves the Certificates subjoined to them and signed John Clapham
to be the hand writing of M.r Clapham Clerk to the Board of
Revenue.
The List of Property belonging to Henry Harford Esq.r
sold by the Intendant under the Act of Nov.r Session 1784 Also the
List of Property belonging to Henry Harford Esq.r confiscated and
sold by the Commissioners for the sale and Preservation of
Confiscated British Property both signed (inter alia) by Dan.l
of S.t Thomas Jenifer are produced to M.r Sharpe who proves
the said signatures and the Certificates proceeding them to be the
