Knows Mr. Walter Dulany dont know whether he is gone
to Maryland to reside or not.

Cap.t Addison Sworn
Says he saw M.r Dulany in Maryland in Sep.r
last—he had then petitioned the Assembly to be admitted to the
right of Citizenship but which was rejected—he meant to renew his
Application but his Friends persuaded him to wait—says he is
certain it is M.r Dulanys wish to return to England.

Rev.d M.r Edmiston Sworn
Says he is still unable to give any account of the
value of the Iron Works but the Land itself considered as a
body of Land was very valuable on acc.t of its Situation
near Baltimore Town, tho’ there was great part of it which
was worth but Little, cant speak to any particular Number
of Acres which were valuable.
Says including Stock Improvements and everything
upon the Land he thinks at a low Valuation—the
Property was worth 20/s St.g per acre.

L.t Col. Chalmers Sworn
Says he left Maryland on the 7.th day of May last,
whilst he was there he saw Major Dulany at Chester Town
a few weeks before he left the Country.  Being asked
whether the major was considered as a Citizen of the State
Says he understood he had not become a Citizen but had without
