             Evidence on the foregoing Memorial of
                           Revd Jonathan Boucher.
The Claimant Sworn
                               Memorial read—
He Confirms the same except in so far as he shall
hereafter explain the same and especially as to the Bond
mentd in his Meml which he says has since been returned to
America to be satisfied out of his Confiscated Estate.—

Also a Summons from ^to attend the Committee at Annapolis
on Acct of his being inimical to the Measures of Great ^the

A Native of England went to America in 1759 when the
Rebellion Commenced he resided in the Parish of Queen
Anne in the County of Prince George of which he was Rector.
He resided about 30 Miles from Annapolis He always
declared his Sentiments in favor of Great Britain—Durg
the whole of the years 1774 at the desire of the Govr of Council
he was engaged in a long and Troublesome Political Context
