he (Witness) sold his Lands has obtained a Patent under the new
Govt

Capt Danl Addison—Sworn
Says he left America before the Rebellion and has been there
lately, from whence he is just returned—
Remembers Mr Boucher’s possessing the farm called the Lodge
and thinks it was 1000 acres—
He had sevl Negroes and a good deal of Stock—Says he
understood it was sold by the State—

Mr Danl Stephenson—Sworn
He came from Maryland at the same time with Mr Boucher
Remembers being on his Plantation where he lived—
Being asked his Opinion of the Value—Says he believes
it was worth £1000 , or £1500—Thinks Mr Boucher gave
£1000 for it—but he cannot be precise as it was a Matter
in which he was not concerned—
He had sevl Negroes but cant say how many.
