            She says she did not advert to
that agreement at the Time the Question
was asked - and she thought it meant
if she had entered into any agreement
with Mr Raincock only.

Robert Alexander Esqr - Sworn -
            Mr Alexander is asked whether he
was acquainted with any Claim which Mr Fras
Brerewood had on a Manor called My Lady’s
Manor or Lord Baltimores Gifts -
            Says he remembers the Ejectment being
tried at the supreme Court and a special verdict
found - He was at the Bar when it was tried.
            The verdict must have been found
before the Battle of Lexington - for after that
Event no Court was held to do Business -
None after April 1775.
            He thinks the special Verdict must
have been found in the Sepr Court of 1774 and
he does not think there was time afterwards to
obtain Judgment.
            Mr Alexander is asked whether he has
any Opinion himself as to the Right of the
Brerewoods, as it involves several Legal
Questions- but the general Reputation of the
                                                Country
