Wharf and Warehouses at Fells Point but as to their
Business as Merchants they were separate. They were in
Considerable Business.

Robt Alexander Esqr Sworn
            Says the Claimt always exerted himself as a Loyl Subject.
            For the value of the Lot on Fells Point he refers to
his Evidence given on the Case of James Christie Esqr and
he believes they were unincumbered.
            Confirms the Acct of Mr Christie’s having been
Sheriff of Baltimore County.

Abedneys Bodfield  Sworn
            Remembers the Moiety of the Wharf belongg to Claimt
being advertised for Sale and sold in 1783, after the Peace,
it sold for within a few Pounds of £3,000 Maryld Curry
Says the Exchange now is 175 it used to be 166 2/3ds
