Robt Alexander Esqr - Sworn.
            Knew two Dwelling Houses in Bal:
,,timore belonging to the Company - they gave
£1200 for the Houses - subject on the part
of the purchaser to the payment of the value
of the Ground which was about £360 Cury
Mr Alexander knows this Circumstance from
having been joint Executor to the person to
whom the Ground belonged - but which
Ground he believes never was paid for.
            They were worth ^more in 1775 than in
1769 Thinks about £1,400 Currency witht
the Ground.
            Knows they they had the property
in Oxford but not particularly -
Thinks the Buildings must have been
worth 3, or 400l Currency.
                        March 8th 1790
            Read Acct Sales of the property in
Oxford County- and valuations of the same
and of the property in Princess Ann
County transmitted with the Claimants
Letter of 24th February 1790.
