             he woud not have lost his Property—Says he was very obnoxious
             to the Rebels—
Lawrence Cahil Sworn
                           Says he remembers the House and Lot of Ground in
             Baltimore but cant put any value on it—Says this House
             was his own it appeared to him to belong to Claimant
                           Says he saw his vessels sunk—Says he was very
             obnoxious to the Americans and took Shelter at Joppa and
             from thence he went to the head of Elk—Says he heard his other
             vessel was burnt—Remembers his coming away but dont
             know whether he left any property behind him—

Robert Smith Esqr Sworn
                           Knew nothing further of Mr Bealey than that he
             was a very active honest industrious man and was supposed
             to be making money very fast.
                           Knows he had two Sloops that went between Annapolis
             and Balimore they were good proper Vessels fit for the business
                           Knows nothing further of his Property
Jane Oakley Sworn
                           Knew Claimant at Baltimore. He had a House
             and Land in the Town of Baltimore—he had been in possessn
             of it about 4 or 5 years and it was esteemed to be Claimants
             Says she knows Claimant had two vessels but cant speak
             to the value of them or the House and Garden
