Evidence on the foregoing Memorial of
Wm Bacon.
The Claimant—Sworn.
Memorial read
He confirms the Truth thereof.
Certifs to Loyalty from Sr Robt Eden—
He withdraws all his Claim for Landed property
the State of Maryland having restored it to his Children.
A Native of Engd went to America in 1762. Was
appd Collector of Pocomocke in Maryland by Commn
dated 3d Novr 1774
produces the Commission signed by the Commrs
of the Customs at Boston.—
The Salary was £60 per annum and the perquisites
£60 per Annum more.—
