to his prejudice
Has understood the Assembly has risen without doing
anything to prejudice the Recovery of debts thinks it
probable the Claimant may recovery his.

Mr. Uriah Forrest Sworn
Was not acquainted with the claimant in America but
but recollects a Rope Walk in Baltimore which he had
There were buildings upon it it was confiscated and sold
cant speak to the value previous to the troubles.
Says that the Rope Walk sold for more than it would
have fetched in specie,, thinks the Depreciation was 3 or 5
to one of the time of sale.
Thinks it was not in the same State of repair in 1781 when
sold as when the Claimant left it.

Dr. Henry Stephenson Sworn
Knew the Claimant he was very Staunch Loyalist he
was reckoned an honest man and had a comfortable
property in a Rope walk but does not know the Particulars.
