A Man. Ethnic origin is Nahua. Used in Dance of the Chantolos. Place of origin is Mexico, Veracruz, Huastec. A simple carving of a man's face. Made of heavy old white paint with darker eye-brows and mustache. It is wood-carved. A very old mask held in one family over 70 years. Into Mexican (BP) collection 1942.
