John Montgomery, an Anglican minister, and Margaret Dulany Montgomery, his wife, seek to inherit the lands left to Margaret from her mother and her three brothers (Daniel, Grafton, and Walter). All had supported the Loyalist side during the war. John and Margaret sailed for England in 1779.
